COR Methodology
COR has developed a thorough project management methodology based on our extensive experience managing projects of all sizes. Our methodology is based on the industry standard PMI book of knowledge (PMBoK). COR can run a project using our own methodology, a client’s methodology or a hybrid of both.
COR Quality Management Program
Ensures all deliverables produced by our consultants are reviewed by COR Quality Assurance Managers. This program provides our clients with access to the expertise of our on-site resources combined with the collective knowledge of COR.
